Rotary hearth furnaces can be applied in both carburizing shallow cases and reheating pre-treated workpieces. Its high throughput is particularly suitable for heat treating large quantities of the same parts. Ruisen offers two types:

Stand-alone unit with either manual or automatic loading and unloading

Interlinked unit with other plant components

These two furnace types can charge and discharge single workpieces, therefore they can be applied in heat treatment before press quenching.

Processes:

3.Carbonitriding

Temperature: 950°C at most

1.Endogas gassing

2.Nitrogen-methanol gassing
