Equipment composition:

The production line is composed of automatic feeding machine, carburizing furnace, quenching oil tank, cleaning machine, tempering furnace, cooling machine, electric control panel and so on.

1. automatic feeding machine

Application: automatic feeding

Description: this device is arranged at the front end of the production line, automatic supply for processing parts to the production line of continuous furnace, composed of bucket turning device and feeder.

2. carburizing furnace

3. quenching oil tank

Application: oil quenching and cooling

4. cleaning machine

Application: soaking, cleaning and drying of workpieces

5. tempering furnace

Application: tempering of workpieces

6. cooling machine

Application: cooling after tempering
