Device overview:

UMS net belt salt bath quenching furnace production line mainly consists of net belt heating furnace, salt bath trough and cleaning machine. Commonly used in alloy steel, high carbon steel and other small basic parts.

Main use:

Isothermal quenching of small base parts.

Characteristic：

7. salt tank adopts double deck structure design, and the inner liner and the outer groove are insulated to form a hollow air passage, which is used for the cooling of the salt bath, and the temperature of the salt bath is constant, so as to ensure the quality of the workpiece quenching. The air cooling system is safe and easy to maintain.

8. salt bath tank is equipped with agitator and salt pump, which ensures the temperature uniformity of the salt bath and the cooling performance of the workpiece.
