Controlled atmosphere well type carburizing furnace consists of a furnace shell, a furnace cover, furnace lining, radiant tube, air duct, air circulation, furnace cover lifting and moving mechanism, fast cooling air supply system, exhaust system, cooling water temperature and carbon potential control system, computer system.

Main use:

Controlled atmosphere well type carburizing furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of medium and large workpieces, such as gas carburizing, carbonitriding, protective atmosphere heating, etc..

Characteristic：

It is suitable for long shaft type gas carburizing, large diameter workpieces, carbonitriding, quenching and heat treatment.

The design of air duct, air deflector on the full use of the technology of numerical simulation of flow field of modern mechanics, the reasonable structure, which greatly improves the uniformity of furnace gas, furnace temperature uniformity and uniformity of carbon potential.

The control system consists of PC machine, high automation instrument, PLC program controller composed of.PC as the main control station, can simulate the carburizing process of computer, process optimization, carburizing process dynamic control.
