2.external heat type features

Ni Cr alloy is arranged in the periphery of the heating muffle, by heating muffle after heating the workpiece, the highest temperature is 900 DEG C, the insulation layer between the heating zone and the furnace shell made of refractory bricks. The structure has the advantages of simple structure, easy cleaning of pollutants, long service life and simple maintenance.

The unique fast cooling system can directly cool the atmosphere in the furnace, reduce the cycle time, and have good economic performance.

It has a strong consistency of process repetition.

3.internal heating type features

The heating belt is arranged on the periphery of the workpiece, the workpiece is directly heated, and the maximum service temperature is up to 1300 DEG C. The heat shield is made of all metal reflecting screen or metal reflecting screen plus insulation fiber. The utility model has the advantages of high heat energy utilization and high use temperature.

The utility model is provided with a convection heating device to realize the uniform convection heating at the low temperature stage, and the work efficiency is high.

The cooling pressure of the rapid cooling system is up to 2Bar.
