Device overview:

Vertical bottom loading vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace with vertical furnace body overhead, bottom loading, vertical cylindrical graphite hot zone, optional vacuum heating and convection heating mode, and adjustable pressure gas quenching. High pressure gas quenching can be carried out.

Main use:

The equipment can be used for quenching, tempering, annealing, aging and brazing heat treatment.

Basic specifications:

Rated heating temperature: 1300 DEG C

Rated gas cooling pressure: 2/6, bar (ABS)

Cooling gas: N2

Vacuum: <5 * 10-2mbar

Leakage rate: <5 * 10-3mbar * l/sec

Characteristic:

1. graphite heating system

The heating body and the heat insulating layer are made of graphite products, and the heating rods are fixed on the heat insulation layer.

2. heating zone and insulation layer

The heat insulation layer of vertical cylinder heating zone is composed of hard felt graphite plate and flexible graphite felt coated with coating. The rigid felt insulation is sealed at each edge to minimize heat loss. Insulation material has strong resistance, wear and tear is relatively low.

3. convection heating

Convection heating is adopted. After the furnace is evacuated, the inert gas (N2) is injected. The gas cycle motor is mounted in the middle of the furnace bottom and the fan is made of composite carbon fiber reinforced graphite (CFC). The convection heating of the low temperature section is realized by the device, so that the temperature uniformity of the operation interval is very good.

4. heat exchanger and cooling gas cycle

The heat exchanger is composed of a copper rib tube. The cooling water then cools the cooling gas through the heat exchanger. The material, geometry and design of the rib pipe ensure the best heat transfer effect, and the cooling efficiency of the circulating gas is high.

The cooling gas flows through the gas circuit from the hot zone to the gas cooler and then into the hot zone from the nozzle on the graphite tube circumferentially disposed along the hot zone. At the same time, the direction of the air flow in the hot zone can be reversed periodically up and down, thereby quenching the workpiece to be processed.

5. the high-pressure gas quenching process is optimized to ensure uniform and rapid cooling. It can realize the circumferential jet cooling and the reversing of the cooling air flow from top to bottom and from bottom to top.

6. the equipment is controlled by computer /PLC. User programs are easy to operate, and software and communication protocols and related process data are easy to trace.
