Device overview:

Horizontal vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace is a high-end vacuum heat treatment equipment produced by our company. It is a typical representative of today's advanced heat treatment equipment.

Main use:

High and low alloy steels, quenching, annealing and tempering / high temperature brazing / carburizing and quenching surface hardened steel and high temperature alloy / solution / precipitation hardening heat treatment process with many, such as in the same period to complete the brazing and quenching treatment.

Characteristic:

1. heat under set pressure

In vacuum heat treatment, the common alloy elements such as Zn, Mg, Mn, Al and Cr in the surface of the workpiece have higher vapor pressure and are easy to evaporate. To this end, we use a set of pressure heating. The high purity nitrogen gas is injected into the furnace to keep the pressure under the set pressure, and the brightness of the workpiece surface is ensured, and the alloy elements can not be evaporated.

2. quenching and cooling

The air reversing of the heating chamber is realized by opening and closing the upper plate and the lower turning plate by adopting a timing reversing cooling mode. The cooling method reduces the temperature difference of the workpiece during the cooling process, and effectively prevents the quenching deformation of the workpiece.

3. convection auxiliary heating at 800 DEG C, the efficiency of radiative heat transfer is very low, in order to ensure the indoor heating temperature uniformity and improve heat transfer rate, high purity nitrogen can be 1.5-2bar to pass into the furnace, convection by stirring motor, and the working area in the state of heating convection temperature uniformity can be ensured at the same time, improve the heating efficiency.

4. heating system and heat insulation

The heating chamber adopts an integral square mechanism, which is simple, reliable and easy to maintain. The heater adopts 12 graphite heater, around evenly distributed on the wall of the heating chamber, and the length of the heater is beyond the scope of the work area, the heating arrangement ensures good heating uniformity of the indoor temperature and easy to replace. The access device of the power supply adopts an external water cooled copper plate, which solves the influence of the heating of the graphite electrode on the copper electrode in the heating process, and improves the service life and the reliability of the copper electrode.

The temperature of the working area in the chamber and the temperature inside and outside the workpiece are precisely controlled, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the workpiece is effectively controlled.

The heat insulation layer is composed of a plurality of layers of separated graphite layers to ensure that the temperature of the heating chamber does not transfer outward. The carbon fiber composite (CFC) with high strength is applied to the connecting and fixing parts of some heating rooms, which greatly improves the useful life of the heating chamber.

In the heating process, the equipment we use a S type thermocouple and two N thermocouple on the temperature in the working area and the workpiece in the heating chamber inside and outside temperature precise control, effectively control the temperature difference between inside and outside.
