The working principle of vacuum furnace

The vacuum boiler is a vacuum environment which forms a negative pressure inside the closed furnace body and fills the heat medium water. The heat medium water is heated by combustion or other means, then evaporated by heat medium water, condensed to the heat exchanger, and then heated by a heat exchanger to heat the water.

The working principle of vacuum boiler: Based on the characteristics of low boiling water under low pressure, hot water furnace body filling fast heating and sealing, the hot water boiling evaporation of high temperature water vapor, water vapor condensation in the heat exchanger tube for heating cold water in the heat pipe, hot water supply to achieve.

Standard sea level atmospheric pressure: 1.013 * 105Pa=101.3KPa, at this time the boiling point of water is 100 degrees; the higher the altitude, the lower the atmospheric pressure, the boiling point is also reduced:

Qinghai Tibet Plateau: the average elevation is 4000m, and the atmospheric pressure is 62KPa. The boiling point of water is 87 degrees centigrade;

Mount Qomolangma: elevation of up to 8848m, atmospheric pressure 33KPa, boiling point 71 degrees;

Vacuum boiler by vacuum pumping, the formation of a little air pressure, and then use the water under low pressure (below atmospheric pressure low temperature steam generated by boiling), steam condensation heat transfer will heat output of the working principle.

The normal working temperature of the vacuum boiler is lower than 90 degrees centigrade, and the vacuum is lower than -30Kpa.

Hot water in the vacuum boiler is through high water deoxidation, descaling and other special treatment, in the factory to complete filling a closed cycle in the unit internal use (vaporization, condensation and vaporization), does not increase, not decrease in unit used to supplement or replace without life.

Therefore, the vacuum boiler furnace will never scale and corrosion, the normal service life of more than 20 years, far beyond the average hot water boiler about 10 years of service life.
